NHS Highland is recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Senior Health and Social Care Support Worker **** to join our integrated Care at Home service in Caithness.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a support worker to support individuals in their own homes to provide holistic care.
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care. You will:
- Provide high-quality care and provide personal-centred support to individuals in their own homes
- Assist with personal care, medication support, continence care, nutrition & fluid, skincare, mobility support.
