Role summary
This role is for a Learning & Development Practitioner within the People team at NICE. Essential criteria
- Specialist knowledge of L&D topics to post graduate level, acquired through degree and professional L&D qualification or equivalent level of experience

- Experience delivering Crucial Learning content, e.g. Crucial Conversations/Crucial Learning/Getting Things Done
- Experience working with positive psychology methodology, e.g. CliftonStrengths
- Demonstrated understanding of L&D methodology
- Experienced in creating and delivering content to a range of individuals with different learning styles
- Knowledge of apprenticeships and apprenticeship levy
- Education
