Role summary
This is a fixed-term administration role within the Radiology Department's quality team at Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital. The post holder will provide administrative support to the Radiology Governance Manager, coordinating accreditation workstreams, particularly patient communications, and undertaking other administrative duties. It requires an organised individual with a flexible, can-do attitude, working up to 37.5 hours per week for 9 months. Hybrid working may be considered after initial training.
Essential criteria
- NVQ Level 3 or proven equivalent experience
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Significant experience of office/reception work

Job summary
The Radiology Department at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital has a fixed term contract vacancy for a highly motivated and enthusiastic administration professional to join our team as an integral member of the quality team for Radiology.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Radiology quality team. It is a varied and demanding role that would suit someone who is organised and enjoys working as part of a team. This can be a fast-paced environment with changing needs, so a flexible, can-do attitude is essential.
This is a full time position of up to 37.5 hours per week for a fixed term 9 month period and is based at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
It is a requirement of this role to be on site, however once fully trained and competent, a weekly hybrid working pattern, combing days onsite at NNUH and at days home will be considered.

The administration assistant is an integral member of the quality team for Radiology.
