Job summary
The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust and Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust are working together through Transforming Care Together (TCT) to roll out Heidi Health's Ambient Voice Technology (AVT) across both organisations - freeing up clinicians from documentation and giving them more time for direct patient care.
We're recruiting an AVT Training Lead to shape how staff across both Trusts learn to use this technology safely, confidently and consistently. This is a hands-on, highly visible role at the heart of one of the most significant digital transformation programmes in our region - ideal for someone who enjoys building something new, working closely with clinical teams, and seeing the direct impact of their work on the ground.
You'll join a supportive, fast-moving Transformation Delivery Unit at a pivotal stage of the AVT programme, with genuine autonomy in how you plan and deliver training, and direct exposure to Trust leadership, Clinical Champions and frontline teams across two Trusts. This is a rare opportunity to help define how ambient voice technology is embedded into everyday NHS practice - and to build skills and a track record in digital adoption and change that will serve your career well beyond this post.
