Role summary
This role is for a Healthcare Support Worker at Western Community Hospital in Southampton, within the Hampshire and Isle of Wight NHS Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. Key responsibilities
- Support patients to build independence and develop daily living skills, including personal hygiene, diet, fluids, and participation in social activities as outlined in their Care Plan.

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to engage, persuade, or negotiate with clients with complex or challenging needs.
