Key responsibilities
- Key working a varied caseload including a range of presentations and diagnoses.
- Key working service users throughout their recovery, including stepping up and down care.
- Cover duty and duty nurse responsibilities.
- Support the running of the clinic and medication management.
- Develop, deliver, and review comprehensive and complex treatment programmes.
- Act as key worker for service users with the most complex needs, providing defined interventions.
Essential criteria
- Qualification to a relevant professional body (NMC)
- Mental health experience in any setting.
Desirable criteria
- Additional Therapy Qualification such as SCM, CBT, CBTp.
- Student mentoring experience.
- Experience in Recovery Team.
