Essential criteria

  • Experience advising managers or stakeholders within defined procedures or frameworks.
  • Experience using electronic recruitment or HR systems to maintain accurate records and track activity.
  • Experience supporting pre- employment checks or compliance-related processes
  • Working knowledge of ESR and TRAC systems.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Knowledge of NHS Employment Check Standards

  • Ability to organise and prioritise a varied workload, managing multiple recruitment cases and meeting agreed deadlines and service standards.

  • Ability to use recruitment dashboards or tracking tools to monitor progress and identify emerging risks.

Job summary

We are looking for an experienced Bank Recruitment Advisor to join our busy Recruitment Team and provide efficient, high-quality recruitment support across the Trust.

The successful candidate will have previous recruitment experience, ideally within an NHS environment, and will have prior working knowledge of Trac and ESR. You will support the recruitment process from vacancy progression through to pre-employment checks and onboarding, ensuring candidate records are accurate and recruitment activity is progressed in a timely manner.

You will be organised, proactive and able to manage a busy workload while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will also be confident communicating with candidates, recruiting managers and colleagues across the Trust.

The role will operate in line with the Trust's hybrid working model, with an expectation to work 3 days onsite per week and the remaining days remotely. Flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the service.
