Role summary
This role is for a skilled and compassionate Clinical Pharmacist with experience in aseptic services to join the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will act as an Authorised Pharmacist, taking professional responsibility for the safe and timely preparation and supply of systemic anti-cancer therapy and aseptically prepared products. They will provide professional and technical support, accuracy check dispensed SACT, and support the development of clinical pharmacy services to Oncology and Haematology Clinics. The role also involves supporting the Accountable Pharmacist and Aseptics Services Manager in maintaining Quality Management Systems.
Essential criteria
- Professional Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Masters Degree in Pharmacy or UK recognised equivalent.
- NHS experience is Essential.
- Experience within Aseptic/Oncology is Essential.
