This is a secondment opportunity for an IT technician within the Pathology IT Team at Gateshead. - Familiarity with Microsoft end user productivity applications
- Experience of using NHS/Pathology specific applications including LIMS, Order Communications, analyser data managers, QMS
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational and presentation skills
- Effective written and verbal communication with all levels of user
- Able to work with support staff from third party organisations
- Strong telephone call handling skills
- Knowledge of PC hardware and operating systems, including installation, support and troubleshooting

Job summary
An exciting secondment opportunity has arisen for an IT technician role within the Pathology IT Team.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to work within the Pathology IT team at Gateshead.
The post holder will work as part of the Pathology IT Team on a day to day basis toprovide end-user support for pathology systems.
