Key responsibilities
- Support the team in actioning work requests from the Early Intervention Team and At Risk Mental State Service (ARMS) generic inbox.
- Process referrals on the patient administration system (RiO).
- Type letters and reports.
- Take and screen phone calls and manage mailboxes.
- Order stationery and other items via the SBS system.
Essential criteria
- Occasional indirect exposure to distressing or emotional circumstances
- Strong IT skills; Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word
- Confident in answering the telephone and taking accurate telephone messages
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident in booking and managing diaries
- Two year's experience of working in an Administrative/office
- Experience in taking meeting minutes independently

The Early Intervention in Psychosis Service has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Administrator to join their friendly service which is office based at Eastern Coastal Area Offices.
This role offers you the chance to be part of a supportive team providing crucial support to a dedicated clinical team. You'll work alongside supporting the Team Manager and Team Lead as well as providing Administrative support to the team clinicians and Duty Team.
