Role summary
This role is for a Band 4 Nursing Associate within a multidisciplinary team at Ramsey, a 15-bed inpatient assessment unit for older adults with cognitive impairment. Key responsibilities

- Understanding of the NMC Code and professional accountability
- Knowledge of mental and physical health needs
- Understanding of care planning, risk assessment and risk management
- Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team

You will be a Nursing Associate working within a multidisciplinary team and carry out a diverse range of duties.
As a Band 4 Nursing Associate within the team' you will be regularly supported and supervised by a nominated Band 5 Nurse and you will be encouraged to take personal responsibility for clinical supervision and your continued professional development plan.
