Role summary

This role involves supporting the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) team to deliver EDI priorities across the Trust. Essential criteria

  • Experience of producing reports, presentations and other business documentation.
  • Experience of maintaining action plans, logs, databases or monitoring systems.
  • Experience of working with a range of stakeholders, networks and building effective working relationships.
  • Experience of analysing and presenting information in an accessible format.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of working independently and managing competing priorities.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your skills while working within a supportive and forward-thinking team.Working closely with colleagues, staff networks and senior leaders, you will play a key role in the delivery of projects, coordinating engagement activities, analysing workforce data and contributing to initiatives that improve equity, inclusion and compliance with relevant legislation across the organisation.This role is based at Kings Court 2, Worcester, with travel across Herefordshire and Worcestershire with opportunities for hybrid working.
