Job summary
FM Supervisor Band 3 - £24,937 - £26,598 per annum pro rata (£12.75 to £13.60 per hour) This post will include Unsocial Hours Payments as follows: Saturday - Time plus 35% of the salary Sunday - Time plus 69% of the salary 23 hours per week - See below for rota St. Aubyn Centre, Colchester Please note you must have right to work in the UK to apply for this position.

You will be working a 2 week shift pattern -
Week1 - Wednesday - Friday, 15.00 - 19.00
Week 2 - Wednesday - Friday 15.00 - 19.00, Saturday & Sunday 08.00 - 13.00 & 15.00 - 19.00
You will be responsible for the day to day co-supervision of the FM services and will be the customers' point of contact for any FM related issues, using a trust vehicle (you must hold a valid UK full driving license). The FM services comprise of the cleaning, catering, portering, and goods receiving services, linen and laundry management. You will be responsible for supporting the management of all the FM Assistants
