Role summary
This is an exciting 12-month fixed-term role within the medical recruitment team at Dorset County Hospital. The successful candidate will recruit doctors of all grades and support the intake of Resident doctors. The role involves administrative tasks such as advertising, arranging interviews, submitting offers, and completing employment checks. We are looking for a confident, committed team member with excellent administrative skills who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
Essential criteria
- GCSE Grade 4/C (or equivalent) in English and Maths, or demonstrable literacy and numeracy through work experience
- Knowledge and Experience
- Experience delivering excellent customer service in a customer-facing environment
- Experience undertaking administrative duties with accuracy and attention to detail
Desirable criteria
- Experience working within recruitment, HR or workforce administration
- Experience supporting recruitment campaigns, events or attraction activities
- Experience using social media or digital communication channels in a professional setting
- Experience using Microsoft Office and electronic systems/databases
- Skills & Abilities
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively, meeting deadlines and responding to changing priorities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to team objectives
- Ability to use initiative and work independently

Job summary
We have an exciting role to work within the medical recruitment team at Dorset County Hospital for a fixed term of 12 months. This would involve recruiting doctors of all grades across all services, as well as supporting the intake of all Resident doctors throughout the year.

- Participate in a remote working/ in office hybrid rota
- Participate in recruitment events
