We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator / secretary to be the Personal Assistant supporting the Clinical Director, the Clinical Leads and Service Manager (Adult and Specialisms) for Mental Health Services and work alongside the Senior Management Team.

The post requires the successful candidate to be organised and anticipate the needs of the Clinical Director, Clinical Leads and Service Manager.

The successful candidate will have to undertake a wide range of administrative duties including minute taking, data collection and the use of specialist systems.
