An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Quality Improvement (QI) Team within NMAHP, supporting delivery of an ambitious and evolving workplan across NHS Highland and the Health and Social Care Partnership. The postholder will contribute to a wide range of improvement activity, including delivery of QI training, supporting frontline teams to design and implement improvement projects, and contributing to key national programmes such as the Scottish Patient Safety Programme and Excellence in Care.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in quality improvement, including delivering training and coaching staff in QI methodology. A strong ability to analyse, interpret and present data for the purposes of quality improvement and assurance is essential, including an understanding and practical use of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and run charts.
