Role summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Manager to join the leadership team within the Long Term and Specialist Services portfolio. The role involves overseeing administration services and leading Health and Social Care Coordinator teams across Ashford and Canterbury. You will work closely with senior leadership to support service development and continuous improvement. The position is home-based with flexible working, requiring independent travel to key sites across Kent and Medway.

Essential criteria

  • Level 6 qualification (e.g. Bachelor degree BA/BSc, NVQ level 6, ordinary degree without honours) Or you will be able to demonstrate the equivalent level of experience
  • You'll need to have recent experience of team working and versatility to take on a variety of tasks
  • A full, valid UK driving licence or a full driving licence issued by an EU country
  • Knowledge and skills
  • You will need to have a customer focussed approach which is essential to; Provide patients, clients and their families with the best possible experience
  • You will need to be able to be able to use IT systems and databases
  • You will have excellent attention to details, accuracy and organisational skills. You will know when you are within your own limits and when to escalate
