Role summary
This is an honorary, unpaid role for Return to Practice Student Nurses (Adult and Child) seeking clinical placement opportunities for the Bournemouth University programme starting January 2027. Return to Practice Student (Adult and Child Nursing). Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust are offering a limited number of clinical placement opportunities for applicants to the Bournemouth University Return to Practice programme that commences in January 2027.
This is not a paid role.
Main duties of the job
Successful applicants will be offered a honorary 12 month contract to cover the clinical placement requirements of the Return to Practice course. You will be required to complete a minimum of 150 hours of supervised placement activity with a minimum of 15hrs/week supernumerary.Your clinical placements will also reflect the requirements of the Nursing and Midwifery Council.To apply for a clinical placement you must have previously been registered to work as a general/adult/child nurse in the UK.
Please be aware that as this is a joint application process your application form will be shared with Bournemouth University.
