This rewarding role provides an opportunity to work directly with patients, developing and delivering a varied programme of social, recreational and therapeutic activities that promote recovery, wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

As an Activity Co-ordinator, you will work closely with nursing staff and the wider multidisciplinary team to plan, organise and deliver individual and group activities tailored to patients' interests, abilities and recovery goals.

You will help create positive opportunities for engagement by encouraging participation in activities that support physical health, social inclusion, emotional wellbeing and personal achievement.
