Role summary
This is a leadership role for an enthusiastic and dynamic Clinical Manager to join a dedicated community services team. Essential criteria
- 1st level registered nurse or Allied health Professional
- Qualification in teaching and assessing / mentoring

- MSC level of study
- KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE
- Able to demonstrate a depth of knowledge and learning from relevant and recent community nursing experience or Therapy experience
- Experience of leading and managing clinical teams or services
- Evidence of continuing professional development that had further enhanced leadership skill
- Current issues in community/primary health care
- Models of leadership
- Drivers behind service modernisation and change agenda
- IT awareness
- Research and audit methodology

Calderdale Community Healthcare Division covers five locality Hubs each with a clinical Manager lead.
