  • Experience/knowledge of issues of working with confidential information and understanding of need for confidentiality and information governance
  • Able to articulate and express information in a clear, concise and understandable way, both verbally and written to a multi-disciplinary team
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own workload utilising a learned knowledge of local and national access standards effectively, even while under pressure to meet deadlines.

We're looking for a Booking Coordinator to join our busy and friendly Central Booking Team. In this role, you'll provide a professional and efficient booking service for patients and clinical teams , ensuring every patient receives a positive experience.

Using multiple IT systems (including ERS and Lorenzo - training provided), you'll manage patient referrals and appointment bookings , helping guide patients through their care pathway from initial referral to follow-up appointments or surgery.

Working Hours

  • Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 18:00
  • Friday: 08:00 - 17:30
