Role summary
This role is for a Clinical Practitioner, primarily a Band 5 qualified nurse, within a multidisciplinary team. You will conduct mental health triage, comprehensive assessments, and risk assessments under supervision. The position involves maintaining high clinical standards, managing medication, and ensuring compliance with clinical governance. You will also contribute to service development and work collaboratively within the team and with external agencies.
Essential criteria

- BAND 5:
- Can demonstrate skills in assessing and managing people experiencing mental health problems
- Can demonstrate skills in assessing and managing risk in a variety of settings
- Proven ability in assessing the needs and strengths of people and their carers
- Ability to deliver a range of therapeutic techniques which can be incorporated into one to one and / or group interventions
- Working within an integrated multi-disciplinary environment and co-working with other teams within team meetings, case conferences and professional meetings

- Significant experience of working within a mental health setting
- Can demonstrate skills in assessing and managing people experiencing mental health problems

Job summary
Full-time - 37.5 hours per week
As a band 5 qualified nurse
you will be expected to contribute to the team by conducting mental health
triage, comprehensive assessments and risk assessments under the supervision of
band 6 practitioners which will inform the service users on going pathway into
services appropriate to meet their needs.

member of our Multidisciplinary team both clinically and developmentally.
Main duties of the job

the safe custody of medication, including checking and administration.
Ensure

interface works.

multidisciplinary team.
