Role summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Neurodevelopmental & Neurodisability Clinical Nurse**** Specialist/Practitioner to join our Community Paediatric team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work autonomously within a specialist multidisciplinary service, providing assessment, treatment, medication management and ongoing support for children and young people with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, neurodevelopmental conditions and complex neurodisability. The successful candidate will manage a specialist caseload, undertake nurse-led clinics, contribute to neurodevelopmental assessment pathways and provide expert advice and support to children, young people, families and professionals.
