Band 5 Occupational Therapist - Fixed-Term or Secondment
We are delighted to advertise a full-time Band 5 Occupational Therapy post. This is to cover maternity leave and will be for a fixed period of 9 months. The post provides the opportunity for an innovative, enthusiastic therapist to gain experience within the Acute medical team which includes general medicine, respiratory, cardiology, infectious diseases and gastroenterology units.
The post will involve working closely with Senior Occupational Therapists and multi-disciplinary/multi-agency teams to assess and treat patients with a variety of conditions in the inpatient hospital setting.
Opportunities for continuous personal development (CPD) are encouraged with regular supervision, in-service training programme and access to Band 5 Support Group.
Applicants must be registered with HCPC, have a valid full UK Drivers Licence, access to a car for work purposes may be required.
