Healthcare Trust. We are looking for an experienced Speech and Language
therapist to join our Mainstream Schools team. You would visit schools and
assess CYPs needs, providing high quality reports and therapy plans as well as
advice and strategies to school staff.
Main duties of the job
Maintain accurate, comprehensive and up-to-date documentation, in line with legal and departmental requirements, and communicate assessment and treatment results to the appropriate disciplines in the form of reports and letters.
