The Post

An exciting vacancy has arisen with the Medical Secretary Services for a full-time experienced Secretary within the Adult Social Care Department, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. This is a busy area with a variety of work and a high volume/turnaround of patients. The post liaises with multiple services for the patient pathway, typing correspondence, answering patient queries, use of Trakcare, monitoring a generic mailbox, alongside other administrative and PA tasks.

The ideal candidate should have previous Medical Secretary experience or experience in a similar role such as Legal Secretary, PA, or Team Secretary.
