- Providing administrative support to clinical staff, including monitoring patient observations and booking transportation.
- Attending relevant training and keeping abreast of new developments within the job role.
- Working a rota that supports the department 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, including various shift patterns and bank holidays.
Essential criteria
- Excellent computer literacy
- Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask with attention to details
- Minimum 2 years NHS experience or equivalent receptionist experience role
- GCSE (5 grades A-C) or equivalent experience
- Excellent working knowledge of data protection
Desirable criteria
- Knowledge of medical terminology
