Role summary
This is a part-time, fixed-term/secondment opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join an inter-professional team in Hastings & Rother. The role involves independently managing a caseload of routine and complex rehabilitation cases in the community. You will supervise Band 5, 4, and 3 staff and participate in the education of other professionals. The position requires providing holistic assessments and specific occupational therapy interventions.
Essential criteria
- BSc / MSc in Occupational therapy.
- Current registration with HCPC.
- Postgraduate qualification or evidence of relevant post-qualification professional development
- 2 years rotational Band 5 experience.
- Experience of training/supervision.
- Experience of multi-professional working.
- Ability to verbalise the clinical reasoning process in the management of routine cases.
- Motivated to work flexibly within an inter-professional framework.
- Evidence of ability to use own initiative within boundaries of role.

Job summary
