Role summary
This role is for a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist within the Berkshire Healthcare CYPIT service, an integrated children's therapy service. You will work alongside the leadership team and clinicians to plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate services, ensuring performance targets are met. The position involves developing strategies to reduce clinical and safeguarding risk, improving quality, and clinical effectiveness. You will also be responsible for comprehensive assessment of patients with complex conditions and managing a designated caseload.
Essential criteria
- Qualified Speech and Language Therapist, registered with HCPC.
- Completion of post graduate education relevant to clinical role of post.
- Evidence of experience in clinical work in childrens services to a level of in-depth knowledge and expertise.
