Role summary
This role involves providing administrative and pathway support to the Elective Access and Performance Team, focusing on managing Referral to Treatment (RTT) pathways and improving data quality. The coordinator will assist with RTT data processes, reporting, and recovery initiatives. They will work closely with various operational teams to ensure accurate and timely RTT data and support the delivery of RTT standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and pathway support to the Elective Access and Performance Team.
- Assist with the management of Referral to Treatment (RTT) pathways, data quality processes, and reporting requirements.
- Support Trust-wide RTT recovery initiatives.
- Support the production and maintenance of RTT reports, meeting documentation, action plans, and validation activities.
- Work closely with operational teams, secretarial staff, waiting list teams, and service managers to support the delivery of RTT standards and elective recovery objectives.
Essential criteria
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- Experience of providing administrative support in a healthcare environment or knowledge of non-routine processes acquired through experience, equivalent to level 3 qualification.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to produce reports and maintain spreadsheets.

Desirable criteria
- Knowledge of NHS performance standards and elective access processes.

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Trusts Access Team to appoint part time RTT Pathway and Administrative Support Coordinator
You will work closely with The Trust Access and Data Quality teams to assist in improving the quality of data associated with the recording of 18-week Referral to Treatment (RTT) rules and reporting errors or issues via defined escalation routes.
