Role summary
This is an exciting Band 6 opportunity for an experienced, organised and motivated Quality Manager to join the Oncology and Haematology Directorate. The role involves ensuring robust quality management systems are in place, maintained and developed, supporting compliance with national and international standards like JACIE, BSI, and Human Tissue Authority requirements. You will work closely with various clinical and administrative colleagues to embed effective policies, procedures, audits, and training, contributing to patient safety and continuous improvement within a specialist NHS service.
Essential criteria
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Has significant experience of Quality Management.
- Demonstrable knowledge of JACIE, HTA and BSI assessment processes.
- Attitude, aptitude
- Ability to work across boundaries.
- Ability to work flexibly as required.

Job summary
We are looking for an experienced, organised and motivated Quality Manager to join our Oncology and Haematology Directorate at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. This is an exciting Band 6 opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality, governance, patient safety and continuous improvement, and who wants to make a meaningful contribution within a specialist NHS service.
The post sits within a busy and highly specialist Directorate, supporting services that provide care for patients receiving Oncology, Haematology and Stem Cell Transplant treatment.
