Role summary
This is a rotational Dietitian role within the Nutrition and Dietetic team at North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust. The post involves delivering, developing, evaluating, and auditing dietetic services across various rotations, including gastroenterology, respiratory, surgical, malnutrition monitoring, stroke, general medicine, elderly rehabilitation, and paediatrics. You will work across both University Hospital of North Tees and University Hospital of Hartlepool, providing inpatient and outpatient care. The role offers flexible working, professional development, and clinical supervision within a supportive department.
Essential criteria
- Honours Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics or Similar Degree with Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics
- HCPC Registered Dietitian

- Member of the British Dietetic Association.
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- Must be able to demonstrate a good range of skills, which have been acquired at placement level
- Previous experience of working with the general public.
- Skills/ aptitudes
- Good communication skills.
- Able to organise and prioritise workload.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good computer literacy skills: ability to e-mail, data input, use Internet, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Good presentation skills
- Disposition
- Ability to work within a team.

We work in four teams: acute, community, home enteral tube feeding and paediatrics.
