Role summary

This role is for an organised and dynamic Health Administrator to join the Allied Health Professional Administration Team in Oldham. Key responsibilities

Job summary

We are looking for organised and dynamic Administrators to join our Allied Health Professional Administration Team in Oldham.

The role include the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will require a high degree of organisational skills and excellent working knowledge of administrative systems.

Referrals come from a number of sources, including self-referral and need to be efficiently processed to maintain well-organised running of clinics which take place at a number of sites.

The post holder will often be the first point of contact and a focal point for the services and be able to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external contacts using a variety of methods. You will also ensure that the highest standards are maintained in line with the Trust's policies and procedures.
