Role summary

This role involves being the primary contact for external agencies seeking Trust information for statutory and procedural needs. The administrator will find and provide requested information, maintaining liaison with these agencies. Additionally, the post holder will perform various general administrative duties for the department as required. They must represent the Legal Services Department professionally and handle confidential matters with tact and sensitivity.

Essential criteria

  • RSA III or relevant administrative experience
  • GCSE Maths and English Grade C minimum
  • Knowledge and Skills
  • MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to securely process confidential and sensitive data
  • Excellent communication skills with good telephone manner
  • Ability to plan and organise
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple deadlines
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Understanding of when to escalate matters appropriately
  • Ability to work independently
  • Manual handling of paper records and case notes
