Role summary
This is a key role for a highly organised and proactive Admin Lead to join the Mole Valley Neighbourhood Team. The position is four days per week, 9am-5pm, with working days to be discussed at interview.
Essential criteria
- NVQ Level 4 in Business Admin or significant experience
- RSA Typewriting Stage II or III, or demonstrable competence

- Shorthand or Speedwriting
- extensive experience of clerical and administrative work requiring a high degree of accuracy and working in accordance with policies/procedures

Job summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Admin Lead to join our Mole Valley Neighbourhood Team.
The role is four days per week from 9am - 5pm. Working days can be discussed at the interview.
This is a key role providing senior administrative leadership and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of a busy and complex service. You will work closely with senior managers, acting as a central point of coordination, supporting service delivery, and leading an administrative team.
Subject to reasonable adjustments in respect of any disability, candidates must possess a valid driving licence and be able to drive and have the unrestricted use of a car or motorcycle for work at all times including community based work.
As a part of the interview process, the successful candidates will attend a Admin assessment. The details will be provided at that point by the HR office.
