Role summary

This Senior Administrator role supports the Community Integrated Neighbourhood Team for North & West Bristol. You will work within a locality coordination office, supporting Locality Managers, clinical teams, and the admin team, while being familiar with patient database systems. We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join our Administrative team. You will support the Community Integrated Neighbourhood Team for North & West Bristol.

You will work as part of a team within our locality coordination office, be supportive to the Locality Managers, the wider clinical teams, the admin team and be familiar with patient data base systems.

The successful candidate will hold qualifications in Numeracy and Literacy level 2 qualification or equivalent, have a high level of IT Literacy and preferably hold an NVQ level 3 in Business Administration.

Previous experience within a healthcare setting is desirable, but not essential.

Hours are between 8am and 8pm, 7 days per week, on a rota basis. This role is in person, based predominantly in NBICC, but will be required to visit our other bases in Horfield and Shirehampton.
