Job summary

We are on the lookout for a motivated and dynamic Community Charge Nurse (Learning Disability) to join our passionate team based across East Hampshire and Southampton.

Your leadership will be pivotal in delivering outstanding nursing services tailored for people with learning disabilities across the east Hants part of the county.

This is a permanent band 6 post for 37.5 hours per week.

Main duties of the job

In this role, you will:

Inspire, support, and supervise nurses and nursing students, championing an evidence-based, person-centred approach to care for a complex and rewarding client group.

Demonstrate an ability to manage risk and support in allocating resources appropriately.

Collaborate closely with our multi-disciplinary team, contribute to innovative care delivery, and benefit from ongoing professional development and reflective practice opportunities.
