Role summary
This is a temporary bank Physiotherapist role in Hertfordshire, working 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will join the Unplanned Care Service, primarily working across Discharge to Assess (D2A) and Rapid Response pathways. Essential criteria
- Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational therapy
- Current HCPC registration
- Evidence of up-to-date CPD portfolio
- Involvement in Appraisal Scheme
- Attendance at specialist short courses or equivalent CPD activities within the specialist areas of Adult Rehabilitation, Neurology, Orthopaedics, Musculoskeletal Outpatients, Older People Rehabilitation
- Member of Professional Body

- Experience post registration as a Band 5 Physiotherapist or Occupational therapist

- Skills in the assessment and treatment of adults with complex multi-pathologies

- Ability to apply core Physiotherapy/Occupational therapy skills across a range of clinical conditions within a client centered, goal setting
- Knowledge of outcome measures and evidence-based practice

- Basic IT skills - Microsoft Word, Power point, Excel
- Teaching of junior staff / students, peers in Inservice training setting

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physiotherapist to join our Unplanned Care Service in Hertfordshire on a temporary bank basis, working 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
