Role summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a Team Administrator to join the Poole CAMHS team. You will be part of the Administration Team, responsible for scheduling appointments, managing telephone calls, minuting meetings, and creating letters. The role involves liaising with patients, staff, relatives, GPs, and other services, acting as the first point of contact. You will support clinicians by typing clinical letters and organising appointments, ensuring an effective and smooth-running service.

Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Administrator to join our Poole CAMHS team.
You will work as part of our Administration Team to schedule appointments, manage telephone calls, minute meetings, create letters and maintain up to date records.
You will be the first point of call on the telephone, liaising with patients, staff, relatives, GPs and other services. This is a fast paced and rewarding service to work within and you will help us ensure its effective and smooth running.
This is a full time post of 37.50 hours a week.
Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of.
