Role summary
This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity for a Band 6 RMN or RGN to join the Aberdeenshire Integrated Drug & Alcohol Service. Key responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective, person-centred care to individuals with substance misuse issues.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and wider partnership network.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, recovery-focused interventions.
- Provide both pharmacological and psychosocial interventions.
- Contribute to promoting recovery, harm reduction, and improved health outcomes.
Essential criteria
- Be a registered RMN or RGN with relevant post-registration experience.
- Have strong organisational, communication, and team-working skills.
- Be able to work autonomously while contributing effectively to team goals.
- Have an understanding of recovery-focused practice within substance use services.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
