Role summary

This fixed-term Rotational Clinical Pharmacist role involves providing and developing clinical pharmacy services across various wards within the Trust, including medicine, stroke, trauma, orthopaedics, women and children, surgery, community, and outpatients. Job summary

Rotational Clinical Pharmacist -Fixed term for 18 months 37.5 hours per week - Band 6 The post holder will participate in the provision and development of the clinical pharmacy service to all wards in the Trust in accordance with current Medicines Management Procedures and will work on a rotational basis. They will also be responsible for ensuring discharge prescriptions are dealt with quickly and efficiently, responding to medicines information queries and conducting audits

The clinical pharmacist will rotate through a number of specialities. These specialities will include medicine, stroke , trauma and orthopaedics, women and children, surgery, community and out patients.
