Role summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support to the Integrated Contraception and Sexual Health (iCaSH) services in Bedfordshire. Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed Administrator to provide high quality services to the community who use the Integrated Contraception and Sexual Health (iCaSH) services across Bedfordshire. Your main base will be Kings Brook, Bedford but with the expectation to provide cover at Grove View Dunstable if required.

To provide comprehensive and high-quality administrative support to the integrated contraception and sexual health service.

To ensure that joint working and close co-operation is developed and maintained with staff, both internal and external, to provide a complete and patient focused pathway.

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with shifts including 8:45 - 16:45, 9:00 - 17:00 and 12:00 - 20:00. Saturday on rotation 0900-1300 with half day off in that week. Half day off per week which may vary due to staffing and clinic needs.
