Shift patterns: Monday - Friday between 07:45 - 17:00.

Cross-county cover will be required at Townlands Hospital, Henley on Thames and Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading.

The Patient Pathway Manager supports the Directorate Senior Management Team in the operational management of services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care.

Staff management and operational experience are essential to this role due to the responsibility for managing teams, maintaining service delivery, overseeing patient pathways, and ensuring national performance standards and operational targets are achieved.

Main duties of the job

The role operates autonomously, leading the day-to-day management of patient pathways, overseeing administrative processes, monitoring performance targets, and escalating risks that may impact service delivery.
