Role summary
This role is for a dynamic and experienced Mental Health Nurse to work within a Multi-Disciplinary Team. You will be responsible for assessing and coordinating care needs, planning, and implementing evidence-based care for service users and their carers in a defined area. The position involves providing professional advice and support to other agencies and team members, acting as a role model for junior staff. You will manage a caseload, focusing on assessment and management of personalised care needs.

Job summary
We are looking to appoint a dynamic and suitably experienced Mental Health Nurse, who is flexible and able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team.
Main duties of the job
To be responsible as a community mental health nurse for the assessment and coordination of care needs, planning and implementation of evidence based care to a defined group of service users and their carers within a defined catchment area/locality. To provide professional advice and support to other agencies and members of the multidisciplinary team, to act as a role model and resource for junior/less experienced staff.
