Job summary
The Macmillan Haematology Cancer Care Coordinator role offers an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated haematology cancer services team and make a meaningful difference to patients and their families.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our busy Pilgrim, Grantham & Lincoln Haematology Team, supporting patients diagnosed with haematological cancers throughout their care pathway. In line with the NHS Long Term Plan, this role contributes to delivering personalised care, including holistic needs assessments and tailored support for patients.
This post is predominantly based across both Lincoln County Hospital and Pilgrim Hospital, Boston, with an expected working pattern of 3 days per week at Lincoln County Hospital and 2 days per week at Pilgrim Hospital.
We are committed to supporting flexible working where possible. There may be the opportunity for remote or home working, subject to service requirements and where clinical and operational needs can be fully met. Any flexible working arrangements will be considered in line with the needs of the service.
