Role summary
This role is for an enthusiastic and motivated registered nurse to join the Anticoagulation Service. The specialist nurse will deliver high-quality, nurse-led anticoagulation care across hospital and community settings, managing a diverse patient caseload autonomously. Key responsibilities include leading clinics, assessing patients, interpreting results, and developing management plans. The position also involves providing expert advice, education, and contributing to service development and governance.

Job summary
