Job summary
As a Band 3 Clinical Support Worker on the Acute Medical Unit (AMU), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within a fast-paced acute environment. AMU provides rapid assessment, stabilisation, and ongoing care for patients admitted with acute and often complex medical needs. Band 3 CSWs are essential to maintaining safe, effective, and responsive care by carrying out delegated clinical tasks and supporting the multidisciplinary team.
This role requires compassion, strong clinical awareness, good communication, and the ability to work under pressure while ensuring patient dignity, safety, and comfort.
