Role summary

will be the first point of contact for all enquiries for Community Equipment in
Halton, St Helens and Warrington.

in the local community.
Main duties of the job
To provide administrative and
clerical support for the Community Equipment Store Team
To be the first point of contact
for the Community Equipment Stores for both clinical staff and members of the
public.
To resolve initial
troubleshooting problems for Community Equipment to patients over the
telephone.
To be able to plan and schedule
deliveries of equipment using the bespoke Elms database management system.
To have an understanding of
Community Equipment and its uses.
To be able to prioritise your
workload in a fast-paced environment
