Role summary

This role supports the implementation and rollout of community pharmacy clinical services and pathways. It involves providing technical and administrative support, reviewing service materials, and assisting with training for community pharmacy teams. The post holder will facilitate integration between pharmacies, PCNs, and other neighbourhood services, and help improve access to medicines and local services. Key responsibilities include supporting audits, data collection, and maintaining dashboards for monitoring and evaluation.

Essential criteria

  • Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in specialist area
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures, project management or information analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of IT systems including MS suite of packages and information systems relevant to role.

Job summary
