We have
an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Mammographer in West Hertfordshire NHS
Trust to join the Radiology Department at Watford General Hospital and St
Albans City Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely
with the Lead Breast Consultant, Radiology Breast Consultants, and the
Radiology Management Team to provide leadership, management, and support to the
breast imaging team. You will manage and support both clinical and non-clinical
colleagues to deliver a high-quality, patient-focused service, ensuring the
best possible experience for patients while meeting key performance standards
and targets. You will play a vital role in driving service improvement,
maintaining efficient and cost-effective service delivery within budget, and
